My Story
My name is Lori Lafferty, and I am a Director, and Independent Consultant with Scentsy! I am a mom to a beautiful baby boy, 3 fur babies and was a General Manager at a high-end bakery located in Los Angeles, before I took the plunge to join Scentsy in September 2020! I had never heard about Scentsy before, but having been let go from my job in March 2020 due to the pandemic I needed something to bring in any stream of income to help support myself, and my growing family!
I joined on a whim, without any real knowledge of the company, and decided to just go for it, and get to work! I could learn as I go! I decided to join with our $99 kit (which is the best), and was pleasantly surprised with how big it was, and how much stuff came with it! Immediately I was hooked! This company doesn't play around, and gives you a lot for your money!
As I began to build my business I was so excited to get myself out there, start having conversations (other than the ones I had with my newborn! :P), and build myself back up to a stable position! Every month since I joined has been such a blessing for us, I have been able to meet new people, build new relationships, new friendships, grow my team and spread joy to those who also love Scentsy!
With this business I have not only been able to contribute financially, but I have also been able to bless my team with more income earning opportunities, and earning (for some like me) once in a lifetime Family Incentive Trips, spend more time with my family, be my own boss, set my own work hours, enjoy Scentsy products and have fun while I am doing it!
I am so beyond grateful I jumped in, and started my own small biz with Scentsy!
